Scroll bar on Templates page on Blogger

On blogger.com the page that displays the templates options for the blog have an inner side bar instead of just having the regular sidebar. That page is completely dedicated to just make a template option for the blog. I see no point of keeping that inner side bar. Regular side bar also completely serves the purpose and is more standardized and comfortable.

Didnt understand your point. Please explain.

Btw please take out the link you have provided. It works only for you. The URL has a blog id which is yours not others.

The point is that they have provided inner scroll bar instead of the regular scroll bar which is found on any page like may be the one on which you are reading. To check it out go to your blogger account template settings. You will find that.

Agreed. Good point. Again inconsistancy. The Posts list has a normal scroll. But what i didnt understand is this part

"Had the programmer not done this, he would either have to float the Save template button or introduce a dialog box once another template was uncovered. This is called Lazy Programming…!!"

What float and dialog box?
